Delivery is charged on a per item basis. If you are purchasing multiple products in one transaction you will only be charged one delivery rate. This rate will be calculated on our checkout page. Parcels will be packaged separately where possible to reduce the chance of damage.
Outdoor Living delivers to all of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We can ship certain products to other countries in the EU. Please call us for more information on deliveries outside Ireland and Northern Ireland. The delivery charge to the U.K and the E.U varies, please call to have delivery rates priced up by one of our sales agents.
We aim to deliver within a few working days if the item is in stock. If for any unforeseen reason an item is out of stock we will call you with similar product options or a revised expected delivery date, or to arrange a refund if necessary. Certain items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case for your order, you will be informed before delivery.
If you require a specific delivery date please let the sales agent know at the time of purchase. Please note that during peak periods delivery times may take longer. This is outside of our control.
Deliveries of most large items to Co. Dublin, Co. Meath, Co. Kildare & Co. Wicklow will be done by Outdoor Living drivers. Delivery of smaller items to these areas will be done by Fastway or An Post. Deliveries of large items to the rest of Ireland and to Northern Ireland will be done by Independent couriers. Your delivery method will be confirmed via email or phone before delivery.
If your purchase is delivered by An Post you will be sent a tracking number via email to track your parcel. Your tracking number will look similar to this: CE000000000IE.
You can visit https://track.anpost.ie/ to track your delivery. Your tracking number will go live after it has been scanned into the An Post depot the evening before delivery.
For delivery with Fastway Couriers we will call you before delivery to give you a delivery date.
Your delivery driver will call you on the number you provided at least one hour before the expected delivery. For larger items it may be necessary to have 1 to 2 people on site to assist with the delivery. If this is the case, we will confirm with you before delivery.
When using Independent couriers there can be restrictions on delivery times and we cannot always guarantee delivery on the day given although we will strive to make every effort to do so. Please note that Independent couriers will drop deliveries to your door and it is up to you to take in and dispose of all packaging yourself.
Please advise us if there is limited access to property as this will affect delivery times and delivery may not be possible in some cases of limited access.
We hold stock of a limited number of items in our Glen of the Downs store which will be available for collection. To avoid disappointment, we advise customers to contact us via email or phone in advance of their visit to ensure particular item(s) are available for collection.
